- UGC video creation with AI actors
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video conversion
- AI voice generation
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
- Credits are used to generate videos and content
- Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over
- One-time purchased credits never expire
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate real individuals without consent
- Generate misleading or deceptive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spam or engage in fraudulent activities
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them and provide the service. Your ability to use an output commercially depends on applicable law, third-party model terms, and your rights to every likeness, voice, product, trademark, and other input. AI outputs may not be unique.
7. Limitation of Liability
Harino.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. AI Transparency and Human Review
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, correcting misleading claims, and disclosing realistic AI-generated or manipulated media when required by law or platform rules. You must not remove provenance signals or use Harino.ai for deceptive impersonation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
