4. Credits and Payments
- Credits are used to generate videos and content
- Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over
- One-time purchased credits never expire
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate real individuals without consent
- Generate misleading or deceptive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spam or engage in fraudulent activities
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using our services. You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery. Generated videos are yours to use commercially.
