Refund Policy

This page explains the refund rules for the 7-day trial, subscriptions, and one-time credit purchases on Harino.ai.

1. 7-Day Trial

Harino.ai offers a 7-day trial for new customers. You can cancel during the trial from your dashboard settings or billing portal.

  • The trial gives temporary access for the 7-day trial period shown at checkout
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, your next subscription charge will not be taken
  • The trial fee itself is non-refundable once the trial has started and access has been granted

2. Subscription Refunds

After the trial period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge
  • First-time billing issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method

3. One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, consumed, or partially spent.

  • Unused credit purchases may be reviewed within 7 days of payment
  • Used or partially used credit packs are not eligible for refund
  • Promotional, bonus, trial, or test credits are not refundable and have no cash value

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Used subscriptions, active trial access, consumed credits, or delivered generated content
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or Terms of Service violations
  • Repeated refund requests after prior approvals
  • Issues caused by prompts, uploaded assets, unsupported use cases, or normal model variation

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a review, email us with the following:

  1. Email us at support@harino.ai
  2. Your account email and payment date
  3. A short explanation of the issue and the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds can take additional banking time to appear.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or Stripe customer portal.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals
  • If you cancel during the 7-day trial, the next paid subscription renewal will not be charged
  • Your access continues until the end of the current trial or billing period unless stated otherwise
  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund
